Dr. med. Gerson Strubel

Following his extensive training in internal medicine and angiology, Dr. med. Gerson Strubel has many years of experience in the outpatient care of patients with vascular diseases, both in Germany and abroad. His expertise lies particularly in vascular ultrasound diagnostics, and he is the head of training for the vascular ultrasound working group of the German Society for Ultrasound in Medicine. As an experienced lymphologist with a special focus on patients with lipoedema, he complements the team at the Center for Internal Medicine Fünf Höfe.The vascular medicine department offers comprehensive diagnostics, treatment and prevention of arterial and venous diseases at the highest medical level, based on current guidelines and evidence. In addition to personal medical expertise, state-of-the-art technical procedures are offered, in particular for the examination of circulatory disorders in diabetes mellitus, in order to ensure optimal individual patient care.Another focus is on the interdisciplinary edema consultation for the diagnosis of lymphological conditions, including lipedema, as well as the differentiated and stage-appropriate multimodal treatment within a lymphological competence network.
