You can upload all relevant examination results in English or the physician's native language in PDF format. If your documents are in a different language, please contact our support team, and we will arrange for a translation. Please note that translation services are available for an additional fee.

Yes, an appointment can be rescheduled or canceled. However, not later than 24 hours before an appointment starts.

If you don't know which doctor you need, simply navigate to “Services”, click on “Find me a doctor” , fill out the form detailing your symptoms and medical history, and attach any available medical findings. Send the request to us, and we'll promptly match you with the appropriate specialist and reach out to you shortly.
