Join a Call
Let's take a look at the detailed guidelines on how you can easily join a video call with your doctor.
1. Log in
Log in to your account on the MedicusUnion platform or Sign up if you don't have an account yet.
2. My Appointments
Click on the “My Appointments” button located at the top of your screen and select the appointment card you need.
3. Join the Call
Click on the “Join the Call” button. It will appear 15 minutes prior to your video consultation.
4. Microphone and Camera
Allow the website to use your Microphone and Camera.
5. Test (this action is not required)
Test your microphone and camera by selecting the field “Integrated Camera” and clicking on the "Make a test recording". Verify the functionality of your camera and microphone, check the audio quality and your internet connection. Pre-session testing helps in preventing technical issues during the consultation.
After testing and making sure everything works correctly click on the X button.
6. Join Now
Click on the “Join Now” button. After that, you will be connected to a video call with your doctor.
