About

Professor Minkov is the current head of the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the Floridsdorf Clinic in Vienna. He is active in research, being also the head of the LCH Research Center for Pediatric Cancer at St. Anna Hospital, where he also provides consultations on blood disorders in children. He has taught as a professor at the private Sigmund Freud University in the Department of Special Pediatrics. Since 2013, he has been a visiting professor at the Medical University of Vienna, regularly lectures on pediatrics and participates in the curriculum of his specialty. Prof. Minkow is a co-author of the pediatrics section of popular medical textbooks, a frequent participant of various scientific conferences, regularly undergoes advanced training, and is the president of the European Histiocytosis Consortium.
