Dr. Guy Lahat is one of the top specialists at the clinic, specializing in complex surgeries for the removal of epithelial and neuroendocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. His expertise includes sarcomas, carcinoids, primary and metastatic lesions, as well as tumors of the pancreas. Dr. Lahat excels in performing reconstructive surgeries on various parts of the colon, helping patients avoid lifelong colostomy. In addition to his outstanding clinical practice, Dr. Lahat is a valuable researcher. He has authored over 20 scientific articles focusing on abdominal oncological surgery and co-founded a laboratory dedicated to studying cancer at a major state clinic. In 2010, he was rightfully appointed as an honorary lecturer at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine.
