Univ. Prof. Dipl. Ing. Dr. med. Christoph Baumgartner is head of the 2nd Neurological Department at the Hietzing Hospital with the Rosenhügel Neurological Centre in Vienna. His interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and therapists treats patients with all neurological diseases. The scientific focus of his work is epilepsy research and clinical neurophysiology. Due to his extensive achievements, he has already received renowned prizes such as the Otto Loewi Prize of the Austrian Society for Neuroscience and has a strong influence in scientific circles with his numerous publications.
